Pharmacotherapy is a big part of life for many people in our community. In Australia, it’s a program where people are prescribed medications like methadone in place of illegal opioids such as heroin. In this episode, we hear from people across the country who have been, or are currently, on pharmacotherapy, sharing what it’s really like.

The decriminalisation of drugs is something Australia's Drug User Organisations advocate for, and is supported by a broad spectrum of people in Australia and across the world. The ACT officially decriminalised small amounts of certain illicit drugs in 2023. In this episode, we chat with people and services in the ACT about what decriminalisation actually looks like on the ground, and the real impact it's having.
