We are the national peer-led peak organisation representing our network of peer-based harm reduction and Drug User Organisations. Our primary aim is to promote the wellbeing, health and human rights of people who use or have used illicit drugs.

At AIVL, we seek individuals who are passionate about advancing the health, wellbeing, and human rights of people who use or have used illicit drugs. Ideal candidates are committed to peer-led, evidence-informed approaches and are dedicated to challenging stigma and discrimination. We value inclusivity, equity, and social justice, and we encourage applications from those with lived-living experience.
