Covid-19 messaging for people who use drugs tricky:
1. Sharing injecting equipment = risk (but, not BBV).
2. Social distancing = injecting alone.
3. Injecting alone = increased overdose harm.
4. Injecting room with space & supervision = safe (but, only 2 in Aus). @aivl @nuaansw
