Missing Connections

Missing Connections is informed by the experiences of people who use drugs and who have been in custody. Their experiences draw attention to areas of harm reduction and continuity of care that require improvement in order to achieve improved public health outcomes.

With the release of the Fifth National Hepatitis C Strategy by the Australian Government in December 2018, it’s an opportune time to revisit Australia’s response to hepatitis C, which disproportionately affects people who/have inject/ed drugs and those in custodial settings.
